An interactive workshop for those interested in learning the latest about all 3 phases of the low FODMAP diet and IBS.

The workshop is geared toward people with IBS looking to apply the low FODMAP diet but healthcare providers are welcome to register.

The low FODMAP diet is a research-based nutritional therapy shown to effectively manage symptoms in 50-70% of people with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).  In addition to nutritional approaches for symptom management for IBS, an introductory overview of other therapeutic IBS treatments will be discussed including: supplements (including probiotics), gut directed hypnotherapy and other gut-brain focused therapies, pelvic floor physical therapy and more.

Each participant will receive up-to-date information about how to eat healthfully on the low FODMAP diet, tips on menu planning, food label reading, grocery shopping, and recipe modifications.  

Every participant will receive a fun swag bag with low FODMAP treats, new educational materials and more!
